Background:
Mitalli Awasthi Dhooro founded Antardisha to create a new model of organizational consulting , one that integrates leadership development, systems design, and culture work into cohesive, impactful interventions.

With 15 years of experience spanning [corporate HR leadership/organizational development/consulting], Mitalli has partnered with organizations from growth-stage startups to established enterprises, helping them build leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.

Her work is characterized by rigorous thinking, practical application, and deep commitment to creating measurable organizational impact.

Education & Credentials:

  • Ph.D. in Human Resources Management / Personnel Administration (General) – Amity University (Research focused on Human Resource Management Practices, Sustainable Practices, Leadership, and Organizational Culture)
  • PGDM in Human Resources Management & Services – JIMS (2010–2012)
  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) – University of Delhi (2008–2010)
  • Senior Secondary (Class XII), Commerce – Delhi Public School (2005–2007)
  • Continuous academic research and learning in Leadership Development, Human Resource Management, Organizational Culture, and Sustainable HR Practices.
